This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Zibibbo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Patti Piccolo located in Alcamo village, in a sandy soil at 250 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-East. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks.
