Crafted from Verdeca 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hillside vineyards in Niclara, facing south, southeast, at an altitude of 230-330 m. slm., on rich and gravel moraine soil. Vinification: cold maceration for 48 months, pressing, destemming and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
