This Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Marche terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards plants from 1955 and 1991 Sasso di Serra San Quirico at an altitude of 350 meters on calcareous-sandy soils. Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation on indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 7 months in concrete and steel containers on the lees with frequent batonnage, followed by at least 2 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
Marche producers combine tradition and innovation across both red and white styles.
