This Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Marche terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soil composed of vertical clays at an altitude of 260 m above sea level. Vinification: gentle destemming and natural maceration on the skins until the end of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, use of only indigenous yeasts, unfiltered. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
