Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 1.5 hectares, planted in 1972 on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in concrete vats with indgenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in concrete vats and at least 12 months in bottle.
