A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy clayey soil at about 500 metres above sea level in Apiro village. Organic farming. Vinification: short maceration on the skins and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
