A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Verdicchio 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines up to 30 years old site at 200-350 meters above sea level on clayey and limestone soils. Yield per hectare to 70 quintals. Vinification: soft pressing and static decantation. Some of grapes are vinified using the cold-soak. Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 10-15 days. The wine is aged in steel vats for 5 months on the yeasts. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
