A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a clayey soil. Vinification: short cold maceration, soft pressing and fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
