A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines at an elevation of 180 meters with northern exposure, on clay-loamy soil. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
The region is best known for Verdicchio, one of Italy's most versatile white grapes.
