This exceptional Colli di Luni DOC showcases the authentic character of Liguria. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated accolting ti the guyot system in sandy clayey soil. Vinification: soft pressing, short cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
