A fine example of Liguria winemaking, this Colli di Luni DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the historic area of Sartirola at 300 meters above sea level on pebbly and clayey soils, rich in skeleton. Vinification: cold maceration for 48 hours, soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation for 15 days. The wine is aged 2-3 months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
Liguria's small-scale, artisanal winemaking reflects the rugged beauty of its terrain.
