This Vermentino di Gallura DOCG stands as a benchmark for Sardinia's highest quality classification. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy soil at 300 metres above sea level, in Gallura. Vinification: soft pressing, short maceration on the skins for some hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature for 12-15 days. The wine is aged few months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
