Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: cold maceration for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 14 months in steel tanks and other 14 months in big oak barrels.
