Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 18% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Primitivo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards medium-textured calcareous and clayey soils, traditional bush breeding. Vinification: harvest at the first hours of dawn, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, immediately followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 5 months in steel tanks. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
