Produced in Liguria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 18% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils based on galestro with vineyards located at an altitude of 250 meters. Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and chilled to facilitate the separation of lees from the must which carries out the alcoholic fermentation and is decanted into barriques, maintaining a temperature of 10 degrees to avoid malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 7 months in oak barrels on the fine lees. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
