Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a small plot of more than 1 hectar on red soil. Vinification: spontenaous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts with short maceration on the skins.
