Produced in Marche, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Trebbiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vines at 140 meters of altitude exposed to the south-east on gravel and clay soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel and terracotta amphorae with light contact with the skins. The wine is aged some months in steel and in Georgian terracotta amphorae (qveri). A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
