This Carso DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Vitovska 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards faced to South-West, in a sandstone-marl soil, rich in magnesium and iron. Vinification: short cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature. The wine is aged few months on the lees in the tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
