Crafted from Vitovska 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Carso, on soils rich in limestone and red earth, from vines of 19 years of age. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques, then 6 months in steel vats and bottled without filtration. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
