Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Vitovska 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards strict selection in the vineyard with low yields per plant to concentrate sugars in the berries. Bush-trained on rocky soils. Vinification: fermentation with maceration on the skins for 15 days, without filtration. The wine is aged 36 months in Slavonian oak casks and 36 months in the bottle. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
