Crafted from Vitovska 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards overlooking the sea and rooted in the typical karst terrain, full of limestone, clay and significant amounts of iron. Vinification: fermentation and maceration on the skins for 20 days. Without filtration. The wine is aged 22 months in oak barrel. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
