This exceptional Terre di Cosenza DOC showcases the authentic character of Calabria. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Guarnaccia 65%, Mantonico 35%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel, approximately 5 hours of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 7 months in steel and barrique for 10% of mass, then 12 months in bottle.
