Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Incrocio Manzoni and Chardonnay, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel vats and amphora with maceration on the skins for 3 days. Without clarification or filtration and without the addition of sulphites. The wine is aged in steel vats and amphora on the lees for some months. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
