Crafted from Friulano 50%, Ribolla Gialla 30%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks and old tonneaux. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
