This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Malvasia delle Lipari 60%, Carricante 30%, other white grapes 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards manual harvesting, on sandy volcanic soil. Vinification: pressing. Static decantation. Spontaneous fermentation in steel (Malvasia) and 3rd/4th passage barriques (Carricante) with batonage. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in oak barrels and then in bottles. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
Sicilian producers blend indigenous grapes with international varieties, reflecting the island's rich cultural mix.
