Crafted from Pinot Noir 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines in a calcareous soil. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and amceration on the skins for 2-3 weeks. The wine is aged 14-18 months in small French oak barrels, new for the 20%. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
