Riesling 'Dynamis' Baron di Pauli

Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Riesling Renano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Hofl Unterm Stein, at 500 m above sea level, in a calcareous clayey soil. Vinification: pressing of the whole grapes not stemmed, spontaneous fermentation in big oak barrels. The wine is aged on the lees in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
