This distinctive wine from Umbria embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 16% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Trebbiano Spoletino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines of 90 years old, exposed to south east, on clay and limestone soil, at 350 metres of altitude, with Sylvoz system. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks and 9 months in bottle. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
