This exceptional Sannio DOC showcases the authentic character of Campania. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 300-400 m above sea level in Sannio Beneventano area. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 18 days and malolactic fermentation in French tonneaux. The wine is aged 6 months in tonneaux from Allier and Troncais. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
