Crafted from Greco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 300-400 m above sea level in Sannio Beneventano area. Vinification: short cold maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
