Crafted from Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clay soil and 350 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel and malolactic fermentation in barrique. 20 days of maceration on the skins and 20% bleeding. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique. A wine capturing the sun-drenched character of Italy's southernmost mainland region.
