Crafted from Albana 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25 years old vines in a hilly clayey soil from the Imola area. Late harvest in November of grapes attacked by noble rot, Botrytis Cinerea. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in French barriques. The wine is aged 24 months in French barriques and at least 8 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
