This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards screws located at 740 meters above sea level on sandy, stony soil rich in sediments with southern, south-eastern exposure. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation with natural yeasts and fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 48 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
