Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with maceration for 13/14 day. Malolactic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in oak casks for 24 months, in bottle for 12 months. A wine showing the bold, warm-climate intensity typical of Calabrian reds.
