Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 30% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hill of Sant'Angelo near the Orcia river at an altitude of 300 meters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 18-20 days. The wine is aged 36 months in Allier and Slavonian oak barrels of different capacities. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
