The fruit is sourced from vineyards alfiera is a "sorì" of Marchesi Alfieri, planted in 1937 to 4.500 vines per hectare. Vinification: on the skins in steel for 15-20 days, then malolactic fermentation in barrels. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique of Allier and Tronçais, then 6-8 months in bottle.
