A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Catarratto, small pecentage of other grape type, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 200 - 600 meters on sea level on clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 2 months in steel vats, 2 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
