Crafted from Chardonnay 65%, Pinot Grigio 15%, Sauvignon Blanc 12%, Pinot Blanc 8%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards of 25-35 years old, exposed to the Southeast and Southwest, on calcareous. Vinification: malolactic fermentation on the lees in barrique.
