Sauvignon 'Kinesis' Baron di Pauli

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Hofl unterm stein, at 500 m above sea level, on a calcareous clayey soil. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 12 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
