A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 65%, Pinot Grigio 15%, Sauvignon Blanc 12%, Pinot Blanc 8%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards of 25-35 years old, exposed to the Southeast and Southwest, on calcareous. Vinification: malolactic fermentation on the lees in barrique. The wine is aged 12 months in barrels on the lees, then at least 36 months in stainless steel. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
