This exceptional Colline Saluzzesi DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Barbera 70%, Nebbiolo di Dronero 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on clay soils rich in skeleton. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel, with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged approximately 19 months in oak barrels of the third and fourth pass, then about 7 months in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
