The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines in Rabajà cru, at 400 m above sea level. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeast in big wood barrels. The wine is aged 18 months in big oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
