Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in soil rich in clay and limestone form the Ovello cru, faced to South West and West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 28 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 36 months in oak barrels, tha at least 12 months in bottles.
