A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Barbera d'Alba DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Barbera 90% and Nebbiolo 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey and calcareous soils rich in white marls. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature with 8 days of skins maceration. The wine is aged few months in oak Slavonian barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
