The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines faced to South-West with Guyot method and rooted on clay-limestone soils with prevalence of silt. Vinification: maceration on the skins with short and delicate reassemblements. The wine is aged 12 months in in French oak barriques (80% of second and third passage, 20% new).
