Crafted from Barbera 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 14-40 years old vines in soil rich in clay, sand and limestone. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, alcoholic fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeasts for 25 days in steel tanks. Without filtrations. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
