This prestigious Barbera d'Asti DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Barbera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from very old vines of 60-70 years, on clay soil, at 300 metres of altitude, with southern exposure. No pesticides and herbicides. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for 7-8 days in rotofermenters and malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine is aged 16-18 months in barrique and in bottle without filtrations. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
