This Bardolino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Rondinella 20%, Corvinone 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot system. Vinification: the grapes are fermented for 10 days, aged in large oak barrel for about 6/8 months and then in bottle. The wine is aged 6-8 mesi in botte grande. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
