The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Arborina belt with southern exposure, at an altitude of 270/300 meters. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged two years in barrel and one year in bottle.
