This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 50 years old vines from Romarasco vineyard in the Bussia Cru. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and long maceration on the skins for about 30 years. The wine is aged 30 months in big Slavonian oak barrels.
